商务单据是指买卖双方办理货物交接和货款结算时所需的单据，主要有合同、发票、提单、集装单、重量单、品质保证书和保险单等。
合同是港口货运代理办理货物进口报关、接交、代运和掌握进口货物索赔的主要依据，发货时要以签订的合同为依据。发票是卖方向买方开具的结算货款金额的单据，是港口货运代理制作进口货物明细单和办理报关，以及向船方或保险人索赔时计算货价的依据。对于免费赠送的商品，应出具形式发票（Formal Invoice）。提单是由船方签发的，证明已收到或已将所列货物装上船的单据。它既是物权的凭证，又是运输契约的证明。
装箱单是指集装箱货物的明细单，上面详细列明货物的名称、包装形式和件数。重量单详细列明每单货物 的重量和总重量，为国内港卸货提供数字依据。
